By updating the Partner Project Contact Details form regularly, you will not only keep us informed of what’s happening in our Partner Projects, but you will also be updating the information provided about your project on our List of Partner Projects page. Agency Questionnaire -- As “front-line” workers, you provide the crucial link between VoiceMail4All and the people who make use of and benefit from this project. We appreciate any feedback you can give us on how clients are perceiving and responding to VoiceMail4All, as well as on issues around delivery of the service in your project and encouraging clients to make use of their voicemail number. Thank you again for your assistance and support. Change Your Username – Client confidentiality is of major importance to us. In order to ensure that the personal details of the people who register for and renew their voicemail numbers are kept secure, it is essential that only those people who are paid employees of our Partner Projects have access to our online registration system. You can help us IMMENSELY by regularly changing your VoiceMail4All Username. Please ensure that your Username is changed whenever there is a turnover of staff at your Project. Change Your Password -- Client confidentiality is of major importance to us. In order to ensure that the personal details of the people who register for and renew their voicemail numbers are kept secure, it is essential that only those people who are paid employees of our Partner Projects have access to our online registration system. You can help us IMMENSELY by regularly changing your VoiceMail4All password. Passwords should be changed at least every three months, and definitely whenever a member of staff leaves your organisation. |
